Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what information HighQ Prompts (highqprompts.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. You can use most of the site without giving us any personal information.

Information you give us

  • Certificates: when you pass a course quiz and request a certificate, we store the name you enter, the course, your score, the date and a certificate ID. This lets anyone verify the certificate by its ID. The name you enter will be shown on the public verification page for that ID.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send the Weekly AI Digest. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can contact us to be removed.
  • Messages: if you email us, we keep your message to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. Free tools on this site (Prompt Improver, Prompt Generator, Token Counter, AI Cost Calculator) run in your browser; we do not store the text you type into them.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies.

Embedded videos

Lessons may embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you play a video.

How we use information

To issue and verify certificates, send the newsletter you asked for, answer messages, keep the site secure, and understand which content is useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping and deleting data

Certificates are kept so they stay verifiable. You can ask us to correct or delete your certificate or newsletter subscription at any time by emailing hello@highqprompts.com.

Children

The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
